The B&B “A casa di Maria” is located in a recently renovated single house with garden.
The furniture is original and restored, so the rooms have antique warmth of yesteryear.
Description
It has two rooms for relaxation and breakfast (included in the price of the room), with a wood-burning fireplace, an additional bathroom and large hallway spaces. Furthermore, outside you can access large green spaces.
Breakfast is included and is served every morning in the dining room.
The house is served by two bus lines, which stop in front of the entrance door (Silo stop), one of which crosses the entire city and passes very close to the Ferrovie Nord Milano stop and the Como San Giovanni State Station.
In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the city centre.

Where we are
The bed and breakfast “A casa di Maria” is just a few minutes from the Centre of Como and therefore from the “Lungo Lago” of piazza Cavour, for example, are about 20 minutes walk.
From piazza Cavour you can take boats to visit the Lake, or go to the funicular to Brunate, a beautiful town which offers a 360° panorama.
We are 5 minutes from the University and 10 minutes from the new hospital “Sant’Anna di San Fermo”.
